"What does a session with you look like?"
There is no one formula that I use in my practice. Each session is curated specifically for you and the current climate of your life in a specific moment. In one session I may guide a client through embodiment practices like ecstatic dance, crawling around on the floor, singing at the top of your lungs, running on the beach, screaming into a pillow, Pilates, yoga, massage. Another session could focus on clearing and opening the energy centers - chakras - in the body to encourage life force to strengthen and flow. Yet another session could be devoted to discussing limiting beliefs, mental obstacles, goals, and/or fantasies in order to deepen the understanding of oneself and align with the life you’re meant to be living. I draw upon my various certifications and specialties to create unique experiences every single session.
"Why work with you?"
Friends describe me as lovingly tenacious, flirtatious and adventurous as well as a nurturing listener and encourager. My experience of being polyamorous for over 15 years gives me a unique outlook on what relationships can look like outside of societal expectations and I bring a nonjudgemental heart to every interaction. I deeply enjoy learning about people and discovering the the ways we express the beautifully messy parts of being human.
As a certified massage therapist, I know anatomy inside and out. As a Reiki master, I perceive the energetic body intimately. My knowledge as a classical Pilates and yoga instructor deepen my connection with and understanding of how the human body can move. My background as a musician provides a specialized intelligence in the frequency of sound and it's healing capacity. I expertly weave all of these elements together in our sessions.
I believe that each of us has the capacity for unbridled joy, fun, and vibrance - and my gift is the ability to encourage you to recognize yours.
